We had a great Easter weekend that went way too fast! After driving home Friday afternoon, we spent the evening relaxing and enjoying each other's company. Parker was so excited to see his daddy! Instant smiles! Saturday, we went with Kirk, Nicole, and Saige (5 yrs. old) to Blues Brothers for a beer event and ice cream. It was the scene from Sweet Home Alabama...I can picture Reese Witherspoon saying "You have a baby....in a bar..." -but it was fun nonetheless. Sunday we joined the MacCarthy families for Easter. It was great to see all of the kids together and to get some adult time in! Yummy dinners are also fun too!This week, we are back to reality-- daycare, work, chores...but I love every second of it!
